Delivery within Australia

Standard tracked delivery within Australia is free. International delivery is not currently available. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and refund your order.

Returns and consumer remedies

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or an additional Finlay commercial warranty. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded or limited. Where those rights apply, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Any manufacturer warranty is only included where expressly stated in the listing.

Email sales@finlaywatches.com with your order reference and the issue to request return instructions. The return address is provided privately. We reimburse reasonable return postage where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Before buying a pre-owned watch

Review the actual-watch photographs, condition grade and condition report for the individual watch and included accessories. A model’s water-resistance rating is not evidence of a recent pressure test of a pre-owned watch.

Condition guide

Grades describe cosmetic condition of the individual watch. New or pre-owned status is separate. Read the listing’s condition report for its specific wear and damage.

Like New
No visible wear under normal inspection. May have been owned or worn.
Excellent
Minimal faint surface marks; no significant scratches or dents.
Very Good
Light scratches or scuffs.
Good
Noticeable wear, including deeper scratches or small dents; see the detailed condition report.
Fair
Significant wear or damage documented in the condition report.
New
Listed as new rather than previously used. Packaging, accessories and warranty information are described separately.
Pre-owned
Previously owned. Cosmetic grade, observed wear, accessories and known service or testing history are described separately.
